So, the day is upon us - the tickets for my Queen's Hall concert on June 18th have been released! They're available from the Queen's Hall site as of today, so get booking!
At the concert itself, I will be performing Terminal (complete with Cello Counterpoint!) alongside some other epic weights in the solo cello repertoire: Bach's 3rd suite, Gala Water by Sally Beamish, new pieces by John Metcalfe and Max Richter and a couple of surprises! There will be video, awesome lighting, a smashing venue and, obviously, a killer live surround sound system.
After the show, I will have Terminal for sale in a very special way, packaged up with exclusive video of the launch concerts from London, New York and San Francisco and a new track written especially for the event (more on this, soon). These will only be available on the night, so make sure you're there!
I'm clearly a little biased, but I think this concert is going to be really exciting, so I do hope you can make it! If you can't, don't worry tooo much; the New York and San Francisco events will be live streamed from my site, but it's never quite the same as actually being there, is it!?
